作为一名中学生志愿者,经常参加入学校和社会的志愿服务活动,能够说是志愿服务给了我这个中学生最好的锻炼机会和实践舞台。突出的感受就是经过志愿服务平台,眼界更加开阔,心灵更加清纯透彻,对奉献过程中得到的欢乐感受也更加深刻。正如经管系志愿者服务口号"助人助己,乐人乐己。"以助人为欢乐之本为座右铭。
做志愿者工作,在工作的时期里,我们在他人还在睡懒觉的时候,便已经出此刻了学校里,经受阳光的洗礼。所以,当别人问起我们是否疲累的时候,我感觉到了自我身上的重担。整个工作过程中,我们所代表的其实并不是个人,而是我们甘肃中医学院的声誉。所以你做得越好那么这所学校,这个系给他人的印象也就越好。
从我做起,从我们年轻人做起,我们能够让自我,让别人看到这个社会始终还是温暖的。
也许他人会认为,我们所要完成的工作是很简单的,可是简单中的学问却真的不少。志愿者当以爱心为前提。服务社会,帮忙他人不能流于形式,而是要发自内心,要用真心去关爱需要帮忙的人,哪怕是一句温馨的话语,一个关爱的手势,都能给予人温暖的感觉,因为爱心最具魅力。

要成为一个出色的志愿者,就要在各个方面要求自我严格一点。虽然有的时候在工作中有所松懈,可是惟独在工作中成长起来,才能磨砺出一个成功的自我。从每一次的志愿者工作中逐渐地积累起今后所必须的社会经验和阅历,是你此刻所需要的。
志愿者工作就如同你今后的工作,如果你对待每一件事情都能像志愿者服务时这么认真的话,我相信,成功的喜悦其实离你很近很近。我们是一个团体,需要每个志愿者辛勤的努力和有效的协作,才能取得预期的良好效果。在我每次在那里工作时,时刻都把工作作为自我必须承担的职责和应尽的义务,无论如何都尽一切努力做的更好。因为这是我自我所选择的,我已做好的思想准备,没有任何理由不去做好。其实,活也不是很累,就是累心里总是觉得很知足了。作为一个志愿者,在助人的同时,也是自助。

志愿服务是奉献社会、服务他人的一种方式,是传递爱心、播种礼貌的过程。对被服务对象而言,它是感受社会关怀、获得社会认同的一次机会。对社会而言,它是提升社会礼貌风气、促进社会和谐的一块基石。
我想,做志愿者最重要的是成为一个有心人,也许我们做不出惊天动地的事情,但却能够从身边做起,从力所能及的事情做起,用这种方式来培养自我的一颗爱心、一颗好心"被需要是一种幸福"。这感觉我是在真正做志愿者之后才获得和理解。把志愿服务当作自我的生活资料和生活方式,时时刻刻去帮忙需要帮忙的人,做奉献爱心的事,我想这就是当一名志愿者的真谛。
