由于我常年在繁忙的临床一线工作，很少走动，可能不少领导和老师对我不熟悉，我叫马东周，是附属医院神经外科主任，主任医师。1988年毕业于承德医学院，从事一线临床工作已经20xx年。1997年担任邯郸市第一医院神经外科副主任，负责科室的全面工作。20xx年调到我校附属医院，担任神经外科副主任。20xx年1月开始担任我校附属医院神经外科主任。

我个人认为，我竞选副院长有如下优势：

我们附属医院近几年发展比较快，尤其是在刘院长的带领下，顺利地晋升为三甲医院，年收入达到2个亿，住院病人数达到900人，但是，和其他三甲医院相比，我们应该清醒的认识到我们的不足，比如：各个临床专业开展的新技术、新项目深度不够，医生知识太专，知识面窄，三基训练不到位，科室之间的协调不顺畅等。我们的业务收入、社会知名度、医疗和护理技术质量以及职能科室的管理水平上都有一定的差距。我们医院由于建院晚，虽然与中心医院和市第一医院有一定的差距，但是我们有决心赶上和超过他们，这需要励志、卧薪尝胆，奋发图强。
