红绿灯，其实是由红、黄、绿三种灯组成。它分为“车辆信号灯”和“行人信号灯”二种。“车辆信号灯”通过红、黄、绿三色灯的五种变化来指挥车辆行进、停止；“行人信号灯”通过红、绿三色灯的三种变化来指挥行人横过车行道。
