尊敬的各位家长：大家晚上好!

感谢你们在百忙之中来参加本次会议，召开这次家长会的目的是为了进一步加强老师与家长之间的沟通与交流，使家长更清楚的了解您的孩子在校的生活、纪律和学习情况，同时老师也能够了解孩子在家的学习情况，以便老师能够及时调整工作，提高教学质量，同时促使家长也能够积极参与到学生的教育管理中来，这是我们的学校、我们的孩子、老师三者共同的心愿。总之一句话，就是“一切为了您的孩子”。

今天的家长会主要有三个环节：一、班级基本情况。二、期中考试分析。三、对家长提出几点建议和要求。最后任课教师和家长一一互动活动。

一、 班级基本情况：

1、本班共有学生 47人，其中女生24人，男生23人。从各方面情况来看，总体是不错的。在良好的纪律的保证下我们班级教育教学秩序井然，同学之间、师生之间关系融洽，学生生活、学习等各方面都在不断进步。

期中考试 成绩情况：在成绩上，这学期期中考试我们班英语有更大的进步，全班110分以上16人，96分以上29人，不及格10人，但是，我们班同学两极分化严重，优生特别优秀，学困生极差，这也带来了我们教学过程中的过关讲课的难度，但我们还是有信心让每位同学进步，一天天进步。虽然我们取得了一些成绩，但这些成绩的取得，除了各位老师的辛苦、同学们的努力外，跟各位家长的教育和对他们的支持也是分不开的。

虽然现在的教育仍提倡素质教育。但目前的状况仍是万人过独木桥。在20xx年中考中我校取得优异的成绩，进入康中的6名学生。。可以说九年级这一年将基本决定每一个学生在学习、升学方面的前途命运。因此我们对家长提出以下几点要求：

1、做好孩子的心理准备工作。初一二内容较简单，基本上是学生么考什么，而初三则综合性极强，难度极大，学生成绩普遍降低，加上我校对学生的要求比其他学校要高，因此在教学的深度和广度上都不一样了，因此孩子很容易由于“轻敌”而逐渐掉队，因此需要家长配合老师做好思想教育工作，让孩子能以空杯的心态来学习。

2、做好后勤保障：笔、胶棒、本子、资料夹、字典、复读机、磁带

3、和孩子一起学习英语的学法指导，帮助孩子了解英语学习的科学方法。由于我校学生绝大部分是数学特优生，这些孩子最怕死记硬背，但英语就是一个“死去活来”的学科，没有坚实的字词句基础，就没有灵活运用语言的综合能力。当然“死”有“死”的科学性，记忆力的训练同身体锻炼是一样的，只要不断进行科学的训练就能不断提高。越不背越难背。英语学习不能只靠理解和做题(例子)

4.每天作业：

学生每天都有作业内容及要求的详细说明，请家长监督孩子先制定好完成作业的计划：时间起止点，并逐项检查并在作业要求后逐项签字。 作业一般有以下几个内容：

朗读：每天15分钟，共两天。跟磁带大声、清晰地读，逐句跟读三遍，最后连起来快速读三遍背一遍。

听听力：每天所学内容全部听三遍。

默写：请严格监督

周记：内容包括1分钟赞美;1分钟反思;1分钟改进;英语摘抄;日记。格式自己设计，用每天所学新句型来写。
